About the house
The main living space is located on the first floor of the property, accessible via the stairs at the front and through the patio at the rear. There are four double/king sized bedrooms, a large lounge with inside dining table and relaxing, comfy sofas, a fully-kitted out kitchen and three bathrooms. ​

The house sleeps eight adults comfortably. It also has two additional single beds in two of the rooms to suit a family of up to 10 guests with children. One of the rooms has an en-suite shower and toilet facility. There is a separate family bathroom with bath/shower and toilet and an additional shower room with toilet which suits a busy household.




Bedrooms
The house has four large bedrooms available for guests with appropriate bed linen and towels depending on the season. Each has a window that looks out to stunning mountain views, with traditional shutters which when closed, create a cool but cozy setting for those long lies in.
Amenities
Gardens Galore
Both front and rear gardens are for your private use, providing space to play and unwind. At the front, there is space to run around and play badminton amongst fruit trees. A small stream borders the property as a route for the mountain streams through the village. The back garden houses the swimming pool, dining spaces and sun spots that are gated for your privacy.
Dining alfresco
Enjoying food and drink with great friends and stunning views is guaranteed with a choice of summer dining on the terrace looking out over mountains, poolside in a shaded area or in the cosy indoors during the autumnal or winter months. Large tables seat up to 12 guests comfortably. There is an assortment of chairs and loungers through property to enjoy an 'apero' stimulated by stunning views.
Fresh Laundry
Towels and bed linen are provided along with a washing machine and drying facilities.
Ample Private Parking
The property has a large area at the front with space to park multiple cars and a main gate that can be locked.
Pool

There is a good size pool for swimming and games (it is 10m long x 5m wide x 1m deep) with steps at one side. It is well maintained by a local chap ensuring it remains clean and safe at all times. Access to the pool from the house, is through a gate, that can be locked to limit access by young children and an alarm can also be set. The pool is mostly in the sun during the day with beautiful mountain views.
Cooking
​
This agricultural region is rich in produce and well known for its delicious wines and hearty cuisine. The kitchen and outdoor BBQ are well equipped spaces to try out the local recipes such as rustic salads, cherry clafouitis or cassoulet. During the summer months, guests can pick fresh figs from the garden as delicious treats drizzled in local honey or creamy goats cheese.
