Background
Three years ago, in May 2004, I left London and moved to France to a village called 'Ginoles' which is in the foothills of the Pyrenees, near a town called Quillan.
A resident of Ginoles is known as a 'Ginolais'.
I started my website to provide news of how I was getting on in France - hence "Diary of a Ginolais".
Now (December 2007), my partner and I have bought a canal boat called 'Headline 2' and have embarked on what we expect to be a two year tour of England's waterways. Hence "Diary of a Ginolais - Afloat". If you would like to learn a bit more about our boat then click here: Headline 2
